Hello,

As a newbie in real estate, I would like to know the process of contracts.
I have networked with an wholesalers for properties.
I have located several prospective buyers.

One wholesaler sent me a Non-Circumvent Non-Disclosure and Fee Agreement.

Another wholesale sent me a Mutual Non-Circumvent and Non-Disclosure Agreement.

How would I benefit from the use of the two contracts with?
