government ARC Loan 2 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0  
we are interested in a government backed and available ARC loan for small business. we own many properties,which we have actively managed for over 15 years now. everything from single family to small apt complex, land, car wash and commercial lease holding with branded convenience store. i was told by our local bank that rental real estate did not qualify for the ARC loan program since it is not retail _base_d and actively managed. is there any truth to that and or any way around these parameters. appreciate insight.

I am unfamiliar with the ARC program, but found many _link_s on it when I did a search. You have probably looked at most of these, but here is the direct one to the SBA which talks about eligibility and may clear some things up. There is also a phone number that you can call to get more information.

Arc loans are mainly for the businesses. These loans are mainly making for the payment in full or in parts also for 6months.
