I have a property I want to invest in my credit score is currently around 617 and I have applied at 3 banks locally and been turned down (all 3 like my plan its just too big, this is just not the right time)I have been working with SBDC, my business plan is complete I do need to make some changes on the financials but SBDC is not returning my phone calls. agents make you think you are buying a home, but it is only a lease option.
We lost all of our money. The bank said we did not qualify.
our score was 625...they did not know the downpayment was our money.
The agent did not tell the bank, the bank did not know we had made all the $1600.00
per month payments. We had to move after 18 months. We are one of thousands in north las vegas.
The contract here does not protect the buyer.
