We now have the 1% funds to purchase REOs and short sales
and Tues evening we will be holding a conference call with
a special funder who can provide loans to our end buyers
with credit scores down to 560, with no _title_ seasoning
issues, so we can flip properties back-to-back. The 1%
is also available for commercial property flips too.

Sorry you misunderstood what they do. Yes, there is a business end that
investors can work. I do that part and have made over $53 since mid-June.
It is not required to work it though.
The 1% has now gone to 3% and the way that works is that members can
purchase a regular property, short sale, REO or commercial property
that they intend to flip. The purchase price is 100% funded and
they are charged 3% of the purchase price plus a $300 fee, which is
paid back AFTER they flip the property. No credit checks either.
And here is a new development: in the past flipping a short sale or
REO, investors would run into the _title_ seasoning issue with their
end buyer's lender. Either this week or next week, they are bringing
onboard a national lender that will finance our end buyers on these
flips without a _title_ seasoning issue, meaning there is no longer a
90-day waiting period! This is going to be dyamite!!
And they also added a non performing asset referral program (at no
extra cost) whereby if we locate portfolios of one million or more
and our New York hedge fund buys it, the finder gets paid 1/2% on
the portfolio amount. So, on say a ten million tape (that is the
jargon used in the industry for "portfolio"), the finder would get
paid $50,000 if the hedge fund buys it. And these deals are all over
the place and growing daily.

So, no this is not a scam. I began investing in August of 1984 after
reading half of Robert Allen's book Nothing Down and then in January of
1985 I met Wade Cook who wrote How To Build a Real Estate Money Machine
and started using his methods and in May of 1988 I went full time into
real estate investing.
