Greetings:
I would like to know if it is possible to construct a legal promissory note containing 0% interest in the state of New Jersey. All others I have seen have required some percentage of interest.

I am not a lawyer, and do not know the specifics of NJ law. But perhaps you could find the answer looking for on a legal website? Here is one to start... http://www.njlawnet.com/njstatutes.html
