the ndp program is a great tool.  like most tools you have to work with it to get proficient. the more i listen to the Cd's the more things i discover. also, the website has a lot of posts from other students that are working the program. i am learning a lot from their obstacles they seek assistance with. like its stated in the program, every problem has a solution, you just need to look for it. sometimes deals aren't meant to be. then just find another one. like most sales positions, persistence pays. i remember someone told me "just one more no closer to a yes".  real estate is the people business. take the time to learn about the people and figure out what they need. then you can select the best way to work the deal. if there isn't a good avenue for their situation, it's OK. you may get a referral for the future. so you still came away with a win. people gravitate towards positive people. just don't give the negative people too much attention. do listen because there experience may have a solution that they haven't realized yet. you may be able to apply this information in future deals to your advantage. i am looking forward to implementing the program for my success when i finish. thank you for the opportunity to be a part of Pei's educational training.
