I to have bad credit with a score of 572. I am currently looking for a 3 bedroom home with a full _base_ment and a garage in the western Pennsylvania area. I have been denied by banks and i went to a realty office (Northwood) and they said i had to fix my credit before i can get anything. How do i get the owners to let me pay them with a down payment like on a rent to own _base_s? They say rent to own but they still require you to go through a bank and pass the credit check. I have read, watched and listed to the course and still currently am, but how and what am i doing wrong and what can i do to acquire my first home? So would it be smart for me to fix my credit or what why can i get around the credit checks? as i stated i have a couple thousand to put down. I watched a special they had on MSNBC about biased relaters. I'm starting to wonder if it is happening to me. I know people who have and had nothing and got house loans. Even know someone who got one even after just claiming bankruptcy. I hope its a error on my part and not a lose lose situation for me. Pl if anyone has any suggestions then help me out and if you are or have experienced something similar then let me know how you have dealt with the situation.

what are you looking to buy i.e a regular house, a duplex, a fourplex or what?? i have a lot of lenders that will do 95% financing with your credit score..also where did you get ur credit score..did you pull all three?? as a lender we use all three credit scores and use the middle one to qualify our borrowers please email me so we can talk more i fyou like...i am from PA and do loans in PA i am in state college PA email me with any questions you have....
