Hi everyone,

I'm hoping to find anyone with Northern California Experience. Specifically, around the Hwy 50 corridor area. The Market Place here is very High. So I'm searching for deals with a "No Money Down" senario as an example. If I don't get any feedback or responses, we can all deduce that NorCal clients should consider refunds.

I've been offering 40-65% more than the list price for about a year and a half so far...
Considering the market in Nor Cal, that's up to $10 Million more the seller could earn. My intentions are true, I have to consider advertising in the newspaper if I want any serious leads. It's all part of the business strategy. Work on the business side of your investing, such as book keeping, maintenance, tenant relations, banking strategies, and take a left when you think it's all too impossible.

However, there is one member on this site (Daniel G.) who has had or may still have property for sale in Nor Cal. Maybe he has some personal experience you can benefit from.
