I am also new. I bought the program becuase i was tired of seeing the commercial and wondering if it could work and if so if it was right for me. I have absolutely no realestate knowledge but am openly willing to learn. I know there is money in this its just using it the way it is to be used. The no money down thing is great for those with good or great credit. I have a 572 credit score and am having a hard time getting loans. The other problem i have is even the rent to owns require good credit. Its wierd because like a vehicle it can be repoed so why not. Ima stick with this though and try to get my credit on track. Hope we all get rich or become financially stable.

It's good to talk to other new investors.  I get encouragement knowing I'm not the only one.  I hope that we can give each other tips and helps along the way.
