Hello Stacey:

What exactly do you mean when you say "COUCHING"? Stacey I totally understand your situation concerning a 26 hour day in a 24 hour life! However Carleton does emphatically implore his students who took the step of purchasing his NDP program to keep the study time down to 15 minutes of which I'm certain that your appointments whenever possible with your (Help Line Coaches) will also stay within the boundaries of 15-20 min.

Anyway hope this sheds some light on your sharing
