Hello and greetings fellow investors:

My name is David and I just recently started the program on the 9th day of December 2006 of which I am happy to share with you that I actually got it in the mail in June 2006. The reason why I took so long to get in to the studies of the NDP materials is simply because having opened it in June was just overwhelming to"ME" and just decided to write it off as another way to spend money foolishly.

But I am happy to share with you that after having read, watched, & listened to all the NDP materials with a purpose to not be intimidated by it's vast amounts of information anymore. I have never been so excited in my entire life concerning anything that reminds me of SCHOOL! You might say... "what's wrong with school"? well let me explain to you that I have for the longest time had trouble with comprehension, that is to say trouble understanding and retaining what I read. I was diagnosed as being a (Phonetic Learner).

David what does your problem with comprehension have to do with the Carleton Sheets No Down Payment program? Fellow investors I have read many replies to this forum page and see that a lot of you, ... no harm intended of course, may have a little of what I have. Because most of the questions are related to being "I'm confused", I don't understand", "when does the NDP kick in", etc. If you do, that's OK! Because Carleton has broken it down so much by giving you the:
1. Manuals (volumes 1,2,&3)
2. Audio
3. Video
4. Help Line Coaches (@ a fee$$)
5. Success Trainers (@ a fee$$)
and other valuable materials at a fee also but be rest assured that all the products from Carleton's NDP program will certainly put you at a level in Real Estate knowledge that others won't experience because they procrastinate. So I say congratulations are in order.

I am presently on chapter 9 of which it took me approximately 1 month to get here because of my special qualities but like I mentioned before I am truly excited because I have learned to not rush this program, but let the program usher me one step at a time. Thinking creatively wasn't anywhere near my thought process before and now it is, learning to communicate with all sorts of people good and bad of having never done that before, and using math like no one's business to find the chemistry for a No Money Down attempt was the furthest thing from my intelect.

Perseverance + Wisdom x Knowledge = Power & Freedom! You will be most happy to learn that having only done this for entire month with a disability like mines and a very low credit score that is in the mid 500's along with the formula mentioned above has gotten me an appointment with an Underwriter who specializes in Multi-Family properties who is one of the biggest local banks here in my town who of which took the time to call me back and scheduled a one hour meeting with me on 01/09/07 @ 10:00am. WOW! Fellow investors for me this is "HUGE".

So I hope that this will encourage a lot of you who are sceptical, frustrated, discouraged, and feeling like a failure concerning the program, don't be - and don't give up!!!

If someone like me with all my "mountains" and "obstacles" can take this NDP materials and go from where I've been and end up where I'm at, anyone can certainly do this.
