I am finishing up volume 2 of the No Down Payment manual. So far the course has been outstanding in the concepts and methods that are taught by Carleton. Using the manuals along with audio CDs has accelerated the learning process.

I have already made several phone calls on properties in my area and setup one appointment to do a visual inspection of the home in question. This is AWESOME!
