I am also new and have bad credit. I do however have some assets and some money to put down but i am still having trouble actually buying the home. every time i think its a go i get a call that the bank they use refused me even with my down payment. I dont know what the problem is but ima stick with it. I know things dont change over night so i am commited to give this a year or two and see where nim at then. What confuses me is that even the rent to owns require bank financing to purchase. how do we get past this step?
