: Me and my husband just bought this program with the idea that we had nothing to lose.The biggest reason being as Carleton say's NO MONEY DOWN and Credit Not An Issue. We have just filed bankruptcy and mind you it was Not Stupidity Bankruptcy. Pure Hard Luck Business Bankruptcy! Bad Banks, Contractors, Bounced Checks, ect... We have no credit. Will this program work for us?

P.S. We are both Realtors and my husband is a HVAC Contractor

I'm a newbie, but, i'm going to say "absolutely", this Program will work for you. Now, you may have to pick the pieces that are easier to do with poor credit and no money, but, you can use this Program to make money and to help repair your credit. Take inventory of what you have to work with...anything of value, retirement accts, insurance policies, equipment, property...anything. You may need to wholesale, partner...the options may be limited, but, you do have options. Congratulations on getting in the game...play to win/win. Happy Investing!!
