Hello I'm looking for insight and information concerning LLC's. I've applied to the state of NC. My question is my business is my wife and myself. I was advised to add one other person to avoid the wife/husband being one, that sometimes comes into play during legal proceeedings. Are their any thing different I need to do when forming any partnerships that are included in carlton sheets courses?

Great question! Due to the legal nature, I would check with an attorney. My husband and I have an LLC, and it has not been a problem. I am not in NC though.
