I am trying to get a collection of lease and rental agreements. It seems that every investor I talk with uses a few different paragraphs--but keeps the main legal stuff. Example, I have used the agreement in Carletons course but took out the part about the renters paying $25 for each call to a repair place. If you have anything I would appreciate you sharing--I realize that I should get legal documents reviewed.

I am coming to the end of my 2 year lease-option agreement. It was very helpful to work from Carelton's material. One things I failed to add in my agreement was a clause to protect my interest money should I opt to extend my lease or use my power to sell my lease option purchase. I would like any feedback or thoughts as to some creative financing concerning my lease-purchase option.
